Rayment & Collins is seeking a Bindery, Shipping & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our growing team.
The successful applicant will:
- Program and cut to industry specifications using programmable 40’ cutter
- Determine specifications for upcoming jobs, checking the output at various stages and chart the flow of work through the production process
- Able to manage multiple work flows
- Troubleshoot breakdowns, make minor repairs, and perform routine maintenance on machine.
- Operate a Seal A Tron L-bar Sealer
- Be able to operate both automatic and manual lift trucks
- Shipping of all material produced
- Banding of skids
- Loading and Unloading Trucks
- Ordering of shipping and other related supplies
- Preparing proper custom documentation
- Kitting of print on demand orders
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong Mac computer skills requiredAn understanding of Digital Print & Die Cutting an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Self motivated with the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of any other bindery processes an asset
- Have logical problem solving skills and be creative in troubleshooting
- Robust independent decision making skillsBe capable of working in a team environment to meet client deadlines Have a very keen eye for detail and strong quality control skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
