We are seeking a dedicated and reliable General Labour worker to join room temperature warehouse on the night shift in Mississauga. This role involves supporting warehouse operations through various manual and equipment-assisted tasks, ensuring efficient handling of goods and materials. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to operate heavy equipment safely. Duties
- Easy warehouse work.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately according to shipping specifications
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely movement of goods in and out of the warehouse
- Assist with inventory management through order picking and stock replenishment
- Support warehouse organization by maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and ensure smooth workflow
- Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking inventory, order processing, and documentation
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related roles
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices
- Excellent communication skills for teamwork and coordination within a fast-paced workplace
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures including load & unload operations, order picking, and inventory control
