Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating counterbalance and reach forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize materials within the warehouse or facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate counterbalance and reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials, products, pallets, and equipment.
- Move and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
- Accurately handle and position materials while minimizing damage.
Requirements:
- Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
- Certification/licensing to operate forklifts as required.
- Experience operating both counterbalance and reach forklifts.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work the scheduled hours.
