The Journeyman/woman Electrician installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs electrical systems across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The role involves interpreting plans, selecting appropriate tools, and completing work carefully and efficiently. You’ll collaborate with colleagues to keep electrical systems operating safely and reliably.
Responsibilities
- Read blueprints and schematics to plan installations, identify components, and determine work sequences.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, including low-voltage equipment and programmable logic controllers.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance tasks.
- Inspect completed work, identify issues, and coordinate with colleagues to resolve them and support dependable operations.
