Mountainside Sales & Rentals is a locally owned equipment and trailer rental business known for top-quality equipment and exceptional customer service. We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Wash Bay / Yard Attendant to help keep our yard, shop, and equipment in excellent working order.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on, outdoor position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and variety. Duties include:

- Washing and detailing trailers and rental equipment
- Loading and unloading equipment safely
- Assisting customers in the yard with equipment pickup and return
- Keeping the yard, wash bay, and shop clean and organized
- Performing basic inspections and reporting damage or maintenance needs
- General shop and yard tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

- Self-motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to follow instructions and work independently when needed
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting, pulling, and standing for extended periods




- Good attitude and willingness to help customers and teammates
- Mechanically inclined or equipment experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Valid class 1 to the top of the list

Schedule

- Rotational schedule
- Typically 10-hour shifts
- Overtime paid after 8 hours per day
- Every second weekend required
- Schedule may vary based on seasonal demand

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $16.32-$25.52 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
