Cintas seeks a Route Service Representative for its Rental Division in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This full time, first-shift position manages existing customer accounts while growing them through upselling and cross-selling. You will drive a truck, service customers, maintain inventory, and handle uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and facility service products.

Key Responsibilities




Drive established routes and service existing customer accounts Deliver and pick up uniforms and facility products Build rapport with customer decision makers as Cintas's representative Resolve concerns proactively while ensuring quality standards Upsell products and negotiate service agreement renewals

Requirements:
Valid, full, unrestricted driver's license Meet provincial requirements for regulated vehicle operation Ability to meet the position's physical requirements High School diploma, GED, or Military Service Strong customer service orientation and teamwork Use route driving, account growth, and customer service strengths to represent Cintas throughout Halifax's Rental Division.
