At Specialty Health Network, a Shoppers Drug Mart division, you will serve as the main patient contact. The full time role combines customer service, patient advocacy, financial assistance, and prescription coordination. You will collaborate with colleagues, physician clinics, and case managers to support patient and physician experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct welcome calls and obtain required patient consent
- Explain case management, reimbursement, training, and compliance offerings
- Explore medication funding and maintain reimbursement documentation
- Coordinate therapy access, medication delivery,



and self-injection training
- Report adverse events and product technical complaints promptly

Requirements:

- Two to three years' healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience
- Two to three years' customer service or call centre experience
- Knowledge of public and private drug reimbursement plans
- Strong Microsoft Office, Windows, and customer database skills
- Residence in Calgary and availability for hybrid office work
