Lead Pandora’s sales floor at Conestoga Mall through product knowledge and exceptional customer experiences. Support store performance while engaging customers and coaching colleagues. As Assistant Store Manager, you will immerse yourself in Pandora’s brand, culture, and jewelry while supporting the Store Manager. The position emphasizes genuine customer connections, sales goals, commercial targets, and key performance indicators. You will coach the sales team, build brand loyalty, and uphold merchandising and retail operational standards.

Requirements:
