As a Soccer Referee, you oversee play, apply the rules consistently, and support a fair, secure, and orderly match. You communicate decisions clearly, remain attentive throughout play, and work with players and fellow officials to keep the game moving. Responsibilities

- Monitor play closely and make timely decisions on rule infractions, restarts, and match incidents.
- Explain rulings calmly and clearly to players, coaches, and fellow officials.
- Maintain control of the match, address conduct consistently, and respond appropriately to changing situations.
- Coordinate with other officials before and during play, sharing relevant observations to support sound decisions.

Experience

Required: Clear communication, sound judgment, sustained attention, and the ability to apply rules consistently are essential to managing play and explaining decisions. Preferred: Experience officiating soccer or participating in organized soccer is helpful, along with confidence working collaboratively and staying composed during fast-moving matches.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
