What You'll Do:

- Service & Maintain: Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, service, and repairs on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Diagnose & Solve: Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues, delivering high-quality, reliable solutions that keep our customers' buildings operating efficiently.
- Grow & Build: Identify repair and replacement opportunities, provide detailed recommendations, and help strengthen long-term customer relationships.
- Take Ownership:



Manage your service calls professionally, ensuring accurate documentation, clear communication, and quality workmanship from start to finish.
- Stay Ahead: Ensure all work meets industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices while continuing to develop your technical expertise.

What You Bring to the Team:

✔ Hands-on commercial HVAC service experience.
✔ Red Seal Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic certification.
✔ Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, refrigeration systems, and mechanical operations.
✔ Excellent electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
✔ Gas B or A Licence – an asset!
✔ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
✔ Ability to work independently while contributing to a strong team environment.
✔ Valid Driver's Licence with a clean driving abstract.
