We are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual to join our growing team in the role of salesperson. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our continued growth by prospecting new clients and managing customer relationships. Duties:

- Gain and maintain a working knowledge of the Canadian freight industry and the services provided by our company in order to have effective, informed discussions with prospective and current clients

- Identify, contact, and cultivate relationships with prospective clients

- Organize and execute daily tasks including cold reach out, follow-ups, and check-ins

- Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts and nurture consistent growth across new accounts and assigned portfolio

- Work both individually and with our team to meet and exceed personal and company KPIs, targets, and budgets

- Visit current and prospective clients in-person as required

- Some occasional general office work is expected, including answering phones, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department, etc.

Requirements:

- Communicate effectively with prospective clients,



partners, and staff

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone calls

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Pay: $48,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
