Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role is essential in delivering excellent guest experiences through efficient food preparation, sanitation, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong time management skills, and a commitment to food safety standards. Duties

- Assist in food preparation and plating according to restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering duties
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Provide exceptional guest services by taking orders, upselling menu items, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all menu items




- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Support team members in various kitchen tasks to ensure smooth operation

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
- Experience in customer service roles within the food industry is advantageous
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are necessary
- Prior kitchen experience or hospitality background will be beneficial for success in this role

Pay: $17.95-$21.00 per hour
