TNT Services Plus Inc., a well-established commercial property maintenance company with over 40 years of experience, is hiring experienced Loader Operators and Pickup Truck Salter Operators for the upcoming winter season.

We are looking for operators who have hands-on experience operating snow removal equipment in commercial environments. This is not an entry-level position, and we are not hiring individuals who require basic equipment training.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE

1. Wheel Loader Operator

- Previous hands-on experience operating wheel loaders is mandatory.
- Experience performing commercial snow clearing, parking lot plowing, and snow management.
- Ability to safely operate equipment around parked vehicles, curbs, buildings, and other obstacles.
- Comfortable working independently and following assigned routes.

2. Pickup Truck Salter Operator

- Previous commercial snow and ice management experience required.
- Experience operating pickup trucks equipped with commercial salt spreaders.
- Knowledge of proper salt application, equipment operation, and site safety.
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence required.
- Ability to complete assigned commercial routes independently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS





- Minimum one winter season of professional snow removal experience.
- Documented hands-on experience operating the specific equipment you are applying for.
- Experience with commercial properties, parking lots, or large-scale snow operations strongly preferred.
- Ability to work overnight, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts during winter weather events.
- Reliable transportation and dependable availability during snow events.
- Strong awareness of equipment safety and property damage prevention.
- Ability to follow dispatch instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors.

Important: Experience operating personal pickup trucks, lawn equipment, or performing snow shovelling alone does not qualify as commercial loader or salter operator experience.
