About the Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate, professional and reliable individuals to join our growing ElderCare Massage team.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with older adults and wants to make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Our ElderCare Massage sessions focus on gentle, non-invasive massage techniques tailored to each senior's individual comfort, preferences and needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide gentle, relaxing ElderCare Massage sessions to seniors in private homes and retirement communities.
- Deliver professional, compassionate and respectful services that prioritize each client's comfort, dignity and well-being.
- Adapt massage techniques and pressure to suit individual preferences, comfort levels and approved service guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment during each session.
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, facility staff and CDN ElderCare management.
- Follow company policies, infection prevention practices and client safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate service documentation as required.





Qualifications and Requirements

- Experience in massage, wellness, senior care or a related field is an asset.
- Massage training or certification is preferred.
- Experience working with seniors is considered a strong asset.
- A genuine passion for supporting older adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, patient, compassionate and dependable.
- Comfortable travelling to private residences and senior living communities.
- Ability to work independently while representing CDN ElderCare professionally.
- Willingness to complete required company training and screening.
- Successful completion of a criminal record check, including vulnerable sector screening, as applicable.

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) designation is not required for this non-therapeutic wellness position. Applicants must work within their qualifications, training and the scope of CDN ElderCare's ElderCare Massage Program.
