Transam Carriers is an asset-based cross-border carrier with 140+ trucks. We're looking for an Account Manager to look after our existing shippers and grow the freight they give us.

What you'll do

- Be the main contact for a portfolio of existing customers
- Build solid, long-term relationships through regular check-ins and reviews
- Work with dispatch to solve service issues quickly and keep customers informed
- Spot opportunities for new lanes, more volume and better rates within each account
- Handle rate reviews, renewals and customer requirements

What you bring

- 2+ years in account management or customer success, ideally in transportation or logistics
- Calm, reliable and service-minded, someone customers trust
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through
- Comfortable with numbers, rates and margins; a second language is an asset
