Standard Working Hours: Mon - Fri | 9:00 am - 5:00 pm | 35 hours per week

Job Description:
Torque Motorsports is looking for a Finance & Insurance (F&I;) Manager to join our Moncton team. The F&I; Manager is a critical link between our customers, financial institutions, and the sales team, ensuring a smooth and transparent purchasing experience. The F&I; Manager’s ability to secure competitive financing, present the right protection products for each customer, and maintain accurate, compliant documentation is key to maximizing profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

- Connect with customers to discuss financing options and gather the information needed for loan applications
- Submit credit applications to a range of banks and financial institutions to secure competitive funding and approvals
- Present and sell financial products such as extended service contracts, insurance, and other aftermarket protection products




- Negotiate favourable rates and terms with lenders for both the dealership and the customer
- Conduct financial analysis to recommend the most suitable financing options for each customer
- Process all paperwork for unit ownership transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial partners and stay current on their programs and offerings
- Collaborate with every member of the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales floor to the finance office
- Handle sensitive financial documents and customer information with strict confidentiality, in line with privacy laws and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally

What You Need:

- Education: Post-secondary education in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of financing experience in an automotive, powersports, RV dealership, or a related field

Additional Strengths:

- Strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of financial principles and sales strategies
- Strong attention to detail




- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with a diverse range of customers and financial professionals
- Ability to handle confidential financial and personal information with the utmost discretion and integrity
- A valid F&I; license/certification and experience with dealership management software (DMS) are considered strong assets
