We Staff Canada Inc. is currently recruiting experienced and reliable Forklift Operators on behalf of one of our clients in the warehouse and distribution industry.

This is an on-call position, with shifts offered based on client requirements and workload. Hours are not guaranteed, and candidates must be flexible and available to work when needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize products.
- Perform shipping, receiving, and order picking duties.
- Load and unload trailers and delivery trucks.
- Move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct daily forklift inspections.
- Maintain warehouse organization and follow inventory procedures.
- Follow all workplace health and safety regulations.
- Assist with general warehouse duties when required.

Requirements





- Previous forklift operating experience required.
- Experience with Raymond Reach, Counterbalance, or Walkie equipment is an asset.
- Valid forklift certification preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Flexibility to accept shifts on short notice.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule

- On-call / As-needed shifts
- Shifts depend on client requirements
- Morning, afternoon, or evening shifts may be available
