Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Heavy Truck Driver to join our team in Concord, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of heavy truck driving experience in Canada and a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate heavy trucks and equipment in accordance with company and provincial regulations.
- Complete local deliveries and pickups as required.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate driver logs, delivery records, and other required documentation.
- Ensure cargo is properly secured and handled.
- Follow all applicable Ontario Highway Traffic Act and safety regulations.
- Report vehicle maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle.
- Provide skilled and courteous service to customers and clients.

Requirements





- Minimum 3 years of heavy truck driving experience in Canada.
- Valid Ontario AZ/DZ driver's license as applicable to the position.
- Clean or satisfactory driver's abstract.
- Good knowledge of Ontario roads and traffic regulations.
- Strong safety record and safe driving habits.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Previous local/regional delivery experience is an asset.
