MMI) is a Quebec leader in the design, manufacturing and installation of chutes and systems that simplify waste management in multi-storey buildings, hospitals, CHSLDs (long-term care centres), private seniors’ residences and seniors’ homes (maisons des aînés). For over 30 years, we have contributed to major construction projects across Quebec. Our recent projects include the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Hospital, Maestria, Square Phillips and 900 Saint-Jacques. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong business relationships with contractors, architectural firms, municipalities and other construction industry stakeholders. You will be involved in every stage of the sales process, from analyzing calls for tenders to closing contracts. You will also act as a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them assess their needs and choose the solutions best suited to their projects.
Building and maintaining a network of contacts among contractors, architects, municipalities and other industry stakeholders; Assessing client needs and recommending the solutions best suited to their projects; Advising clients on technologies, room layouts and National Building Code (NBC) requirements; Organizing and leading information sessions with contractors, architects and municipalities on topics such as our products, regulations and the specifics of our industry; Handling sales follow-ups and maintaining ongoing communication with clients throughout the process; Rigorously managing the bid log and order book; Working with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to project execution.
