We’re an upscale, privately owned dental office, and we’re looking for a Rockstar Dental Hygiene Call and Care Coordinator to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes patients, the mastermind behind efficient scheduling, and the go-to person for keeping our operations seamless.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ YEARS OF DENTAL ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERIENCE IS IDEAL AND WE TRAIN
- Prior Experience with MacPractice is a bonus
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- A friendly, professional personality with top-notch communication skills
- Ability to multitask without breaking a sweat
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English
- Must be able to keyboard properly in English with all fingers (QWERTY)
- High school diploma required (college education in business or healthcare is a plus)

What You'll Be Doing:

- Coordinating the Hygiene Schedule for patients of a comprehensive dental office
- Keeping schedules organized and patients happy
- Answering phones like a pro (because first impressions matter!)
- Handling patient records with precision (no lost files on your watch!)
- Ensuring proper reporting of work
