Senior Business Analyst:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for two Senior Business Analyst. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Edmonton office.

Senior Business Analyst - Job Description:
The Senior Business Analyst will join Client's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) replacement program. This project involves a major platform upgrade and migration, supporting the design and implementation phases over multiple years.

Senior Business Analyst - Responsibilities:

- Support the Systems Integrator in 700+ global design workshops in 2027.
- Lead end user requirements workshops and document best practice requirements.
- Identify data requirements for data migration from existing legacy systems into the new ERP/EAM.
- Participate in the full program lifecycle, including requirements, design confirmation, data migration, QA support, and system deployment activities.
- Support priority tasks and potentially take on multiple roles to ensure project success.

Senior Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills:

- Minimum ten (10) years of professional experience in information technology.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a Business Analyst role.




- Experience with large-scale ERP/EAM/billing transformation projects.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in Oracle Fusion and/or IBM Maximo (SaaS).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage small to medium-sized working groups.
- Familiarity with data definition and documenting data integration flows.

Senior Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Experience with basic database query tools.
- Flexibility to take on Business Analysis and Quality Assurance assignments.
- Solid information processing skills.
- Ability to guide stakeholders towards solutions in HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Asset/Work Management.

Senior Business Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a contract-to-hire position with an initial term ending Dec 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension.

Senior Business Analyst - Start Date:
ASAP.

Senior Business Analyst - Assignment Location:
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days onsite per week.
