Job Overview

We are currently seeking CWB Qualified Welders to join our team for a temporary fabrication project running from mid-October 2026 through February 2027.

DAY SHIFT: 7AM-3:30PM (MON-FRI)

AFTERNOON SHIFT: 3:30PM-1:30AM (MON-THUR)

We are looking for experienced welders who take pride in producing high-quality work and can consistently meet customer and company welding requirements. The successful candidates will be experienced with MCAW/FCAW welding, multi-pass fillet welds, and working to approved welding procedures.

Candidates must be comfortable working in a production environment and maintaining consistent weld quality through required NDT inspections.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Red Seal Welder or a minimum of 4 years of welding experience

Current CWB qualification(s) relevant to the work

Proficient in MCAW/FCAW welding

Proficient in flat and horizontal Multi Pass welding

Ability to read and interpret welding procedures, blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols

Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience operating overhead cranes and using proper lifting and rigging techniques





Solid attention to detail and ability to remain focused on the task at hand

Ability to work independently with moderate supervision and as part of a team

Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality

Responsibilities & Duties

Set up, adjust, operate, and shut down welding equipment as required

Follow welding procedures, weld symbols, drawings, and written or verbal instructions

Complete welding to company and customer specifications

Perform welds in all required positions

Inspect completed work and maintain consistent quality standards

Complete all required production and quality paperwork accurately

Operate welding, material-handling, and other shop equipment safely and efficiently

Follow all company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and applicable legislation

Operate overhead cranes and perform lifting and rigging in accordance with safe work practices

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
