Job Overview

As a Restaurant Team Member, you’ll support daily food service by preparing and serving orders, assisting customers, and helping maintain a clean, organized restaurant. You’ll work with colleagues to keep service welcoming and effective during busy periods.

Duties

- Prepare and serve food according to established food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices.
- Welcome customers, take orders using a POS system, process payments, and handle cash accurately.
- Use time management and basic math to coordinate tasks, check orders, and support smooth service.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, and assist with kitchen tasks and appropriate upselling.

Requirements

Required: Practical food preparation, food handling, food safety, sanitation, customer service, cashiering, cash handling, basic math, and time management capabilities support safe, accurate service. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, serving, or kitchen experience is helpful, as is familiarity with POS systems, including Micros POS, and confidence with upselling.

Pay: From $3,500.00 per month
