As the Recruitment Coordinator you keep recruitment activities organized, accurate and moving forward. You also support job fairs, address system issues and assist with various projects. Creating, maintaining and publishing job postings across ADP Workforce Now, Indeed, LinkedIn, and industry-specific job boards, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business unit branding. Supporting candidate sourcing activities and talent community engagement. Monitoring shared recruitment inboxes and tracking systems, responding to inquiries and coordinating timely follow-ups. Conducting employment reference checks and coordinating the criminal record check (CRC) processes. Managing internal employee referral bonus program in collaboration with HRBP and payroll teams. Investigating recruitment system issues and escalating resolution with vendors. Compiling recruitment metrics and reporting materials to support recruitment operations. Supporting HR-led projects and corporate events as needed. Diploma or Certificate in HR or recruitment specialization.



Minimum 2 years' experience supporting recruitment or administration related to human resources. Experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficient with spreadsheets and reporting. Satisfactory verification of criminal record check. Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint) Previous Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar is an asset. Staying current with technical job skills. You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Overtime may occasionally be required.
