Papa’s Herb is one of Canada’s top vape brands, sold through provincial boards in Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. We run a lean, asset-light model with co-packer partners, multiple brands, and quick product launches.

The role

You’ll own inventory health for our Canadian business. That means making sure the right SKUs are in stock at every board, catching problems before they hit retail shelves, and building the reporting the team runs on each week. This is a hands-on analyst role with real ownership, working closely with our Commercial Coordinator, co-packers and sales team.

What you’ll do

- Track weeks-of-supply, on-order and sell-through by SKU and province, and flag stock-out and overstock risk early
- Monitor co-packer fill rates and on-time delivery, and escalate short-fills and late POs
- Build and run a weekly supply chain scorecard (Excel/Power BI)
- Reconcile inventory across our records, co-packers and provincial board reports
- Track aged and expiring inventory and drive disposition plans before product goes stale
- Support replenishment and order planning for new launches and core SKUs
- Help write and improve SOPs for POs, replenishment, cycle counts and stock-out escalation

What you bring

- 3+ years in inventory planning, replenishment or supply chain analysis
- Advanced Excel (pivots, XLOOKUP, Power Query), plus Power BI or SQL
- ERP experience (SAP,



NetSuite, Dynamics, Sage or similar)
- A track record of cycle counts, reconciliation and root-causing discrepancies
- Comfort working directly with suppliers and holding them to deadlines
- You notice when numbers don’t add up and you chase it down

Nice to have

- Cannabis, CPG, food or other regulated product experience
- Sage ERP
- Experience with retail or provincial board replenishment
