The Glam Lab is an established beauty studio in Richmond, BC, and we’re looking for an experienced, talented Lash Artist to join our growing team.

We’re seeking a confident professional who takes pride in their artistry, delivers exceptional client experiences, and is passionate about building long-term client relationships.

This position is ideal for an experienced lash technician looking to grow their clientele within an established, professional salon that values quality, consistency, and career development.

Responsibilities

- Perform high-quality classic, hybrid, volume, and wispy lash extension services
- Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend customized lash styles
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Confidently recommend and upsell services, memberships, and retail products
- Educate clients on lash aftercare and maintenance
- Maintain excellent client retention and encourage repeat bookings
- Follow salon standards, sanitation procedures, and service protocols
- Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a professional and welcoming environment

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of skilled lash extension experience
- Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written (non-negotiable)
- Previous customer service and sales experience (required)
- Proficiency in classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions
- Strong lash styling, isolation, retention, and application techniques
- Ability to complete quality lash services efficiently and consistently
- Confident recommending products, services, and memberships
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional attitude
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team

Experience with wispy, wet sets, and advanced lash styling is a strong asset.
