FBC Shadowing, Mentorship & Development

- Participate in a structured development program, shadowing FBCs within their respective areas of expertise.
- Attend operator meetings, site visits, business reviews, training sessions, and operational consultations.
- Support specialist-led projects, research, reporting, operator follow-up,

and field initiatives.
- Progressively take ownership of assigned audits, operational tasks, and support activities as skills develop.

Cross-Functional Operational Support

- Assist with opening readiness, launch activities, training, milestones, and post-launch follow-up.
- Help collect and review location KPIs, business performance data, benchmarking, and improvement plans.
- Support system implementation, process documentation, operator training, and adoption of approved tools.
- Assist with corporate location assessments, field coaching, standard operating procedures, and training resources.

Franchise Operator Support & Communication

- Build positive, professional relationships with franchise operators and internal stakeholders.
- Respond to routine operator questions within assigned authority and escalate complex matters appropriately.
- Help coordinate regional meetings, webinars, workshops, and network initiatives.
- Maintain a supportive, collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to every operator interaction.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

- Record location visits, audit findings, operator interactions, and follow-ups accurately in approved CRM and reporting systems.
- Prepare location assessment summaries, action-item tracking, and project documentation.
- Surface recurring operational issues and contribute ideas for improved standards, tools, and processes.

Qualifications & Experience Required

- Post-secondary education in business, operations, franchising, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, customer service leadership, field support, or a related role.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and written and verbal communication.
- Ability to build relationships,

manage priorities, follow through, and work effectively with a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; comfort learning new systems.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness and ability to travel regularly across Canada and the United States, subject to applicable requirements.

Preferred

- Experience in franchising, multi-location operations, field auditing, quality assurance, or compliance.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting tools, fleet-based operations, logistics, waste management, or home services.

What Success Looks Like

- Corrective actions and outstanding items are clearly tracked and followed through.
- Knowledge and capability develop across the specialized FBC functions.
- Operator and Home Office relationships are qualified, productive, and supportive.
