Initial priorities include strengthening our quality assurance program to support educator training and development, growing the High School EMR program, and continuing work already underway to identify opportunities to move traditionally classroom-based learning online where doing so would improve the student experience and support student success.
This permanent, salaried position may be structured between 0.5 and 1.0 full-time equivalent (FTE), based on the preference of the successful candidate, with workload and compensation adjusted accordingly.

- Monitor training affiliates’ delivery standards, address concerns, and support consistent application of program requirements.
- Manage licensing agreements, renewals, and related business arrangements with training affiliates.
- Coordinate High School EMR program delivery with BCEHS and participating school districts,
including program planning, instructor support, and resolution of delivery issues.
- Develop new relationships with training affiliates and other partners to expand program delivery, with particular emphasis on growing the High School EMR program.
- Manage program budgets, pricing, resource allocation, and financial performance.
- Lead improvements to the online learning platform, working collaboratively with educators and staff to strengthen its use and incorporate effective advances in online learning.

- Experience building and maintaining productive relationships with external organizations.
- Experience with budgets, financial oversight, and operational planning.
Experience in education, training, quality assurance, licensing arrangements, or program development is an asset. Familiarity with first aid, medical responder education, emergency services, or healthcare is also an asset.
