About Superior Roofing Ltd.

Superior Roofing Ltd. is one of Calgary’s growing commercial roofing contractors, specializing in flat roofing systems, new construction, roof replacements, and large-scale commercial projects.

As our company continues to expand, we are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and experienced Project Coordinator / Project Manager to join our commercial roofing division.

We are seeking someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Coordinate and manage commercial roofing projects from award through completion.

● Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

● Coordinate roofing crews, subcontractors, suppliers, equipment, and material deliveries.

● Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project scopes.

● Prepare and manage purchase orders, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.

● Monitor project costs, labour, materials, and profitability.

● Track project timelines and proactively address scheduling conflicts or delays.

● Communicate with general contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.

● Attend project meetings and site inspections as required.

● Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

● Assist with progress billing, project closeout documentation, and warranty requirements.

● Provide regular project updates to senior management.

Qualifications





● Minimum 3 years of construction project coordination or project management experience preferred.

● Commercial roofing experience is a robust asset.

● Knowledge of SBS, EPDM, TPO, and other flat roofing systems is an advantage.

● Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

● Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

● Experience coordinating multiple construction projects simultaneously.

● Understanding of construction budgets, purchase orders, and change orders.

● Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Valid driver’s licence.

Candidates with commercial construction experience are encouraged to apply, even without direct roofing experience.
