Roles and Responsibilities:

- Prepare Surfaces: Sand, fill imperfections, and caulk seams for flawless finishes.
- Apply Paint: Use brush, roller, and spray techniques on interior and exterior surfaces.
- Spray Applications:



Prime and finish metal and wood doors/trim using airless spray equipment.
- Maintain Equipment: Clean and care for brushes, rollers, and spray pumps.
- Professionalism on Site: Maintain a clean, professional appearance in Painter’s Whites and full PPE.
- Mentorship: Help elevate the tradespeople of the future whether it be recent entry or mid-level apprentices.
- Collaborate Effectively: Communicate with crew members, subtrades, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.

- Night Shift Work

What We’re Looking For:

- Red Seal Certified Painters who are ready to lead and mentor apprentices.
- Strong knowledge of today’s commonly used paints and coatings.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with subtrades.
- Willingness to work at various sites across the Lower Mainland.

- Commercial Painting: 5 years (preferred)
