Job Summary

As a Wendy’s Crew Member, prepare and serve food, assist guests, and support smooth restaurant operations. You’ll contribute to a welcoming experience while helping maintain a clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve orders accurately, following food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices.
- Welcome guests, take orders using POS systems, process payments, and handle cash carefully.
- Answer questions, provide friendly customer service, and suggest menu items when appropriate.
- Keep workstations clean, coordinate with teammates, and manage tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Your impact: Accurate, courteous service helps guests enjoy their visit and keeps the team moving.

Skills

Required: Practical food preparation,



safe food handling, sanitation, basic math, time management, and clear customer service skills support accurate, efficient work. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, or kitchen experience; cashiering, serving, cash handling, upselling, and familiarity with POS or Micros POS are helpful strengths for serving guests and supporting daily operations.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
