Outdoor Power Equipment shop looking for customer service and parts technician. We are a family run and operated business for 37 years. Will train the right candidate. This is a fulltime, long term opportunity. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service and front desk associated to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, process orders, and ensure a positive experience at our establishment to team up with other members to accomplish this task.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their needs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Process transactions accurately, including some cashiering duties.
- Sell products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of business, including parts look up, ordering and billing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

- Robust communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Computer skills required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
- Flexibility to work to do various duties and be part of a team.

Join our team today and become an integral part of delivering outstanding customer experiences! Full time(M-F)8am - 5pm, year round and all holidays/long weekends off. 2 Saturdays per month (4 hour shift) are required.(no Saturdays on long weekends as we are closed)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
