Job Summary

BVD Tank Lines is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to support the day-to-day maintenance and operational needs of our fleet of trucks and tankers. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and parts inventory to ensure our fleet remains safe, compliant, and operating efficiently.

Duties

- Track and coordinate B620 inspections, annual inspections, PM inspections, oil changes, and repairs for all trucks and Tankers.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and service schedules.
- Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and repair shops to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repairs.
- Manage parts inventory, order supplies, and pick up parts as required.
- Track repair invoices, receipts, and maintenance expenses.
- Keep maintenance paperwork and spreadsheets organized and up to date.
- Assist with other fleet maintenance duties as required.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in fleet maintenance, trucking, truck and tanker repairs, or parts inventory is an asset.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and email.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to keep accurate records and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to pick up parts when required.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and assist with daily maintenance operations.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
