At Harmony Whistler Vacations, we're looking for reliable, motivated people to join our Operations & Guest Experience team. We offer a consistent schedule that lets you enjoy the mountain midweek, avoid the weekend crowds, and have a three-day break every second week.

This is a permanent, year-round opportunity with a locally owned company, not just another seasonal hospitality job.

The Schedule

We operate seven days a week, and weekend availability is essential. In return, you'll enjoy:

- Wednesday and Thursday off every week
- An additional Tuesday or Friday off every second week, depending on your preference
- Nine-hour shifts, working four or five days per week
- A consistent, predictable schedule
- More opportunities to ski, snowboard, bike, or simply enjoy Whistler when it's quieter

About the Role

This isn't a traditional front-desk or guest services position.

Harmony Whistler Vacations manages a collection of premium vacation rental homes throughout Whistler. Our guests expect excellent service, and our property owners trust us to look after their homes professionally.

You'll be part of the team that makes everything run smoothly, from guest arrivals and property readiness to solving unexpected problems throughout the day.

What you'll be doing:

- Supporting guests from booking through departure
- Handling guest requests and resolving issues as they arise
- Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and property inspection teams
- Helping ensure our homes are ready and maintained to a high standard
- Managing operational tasks and following through until they're resolved
- Making decisions, taking initiative, and keeping daily operations moving

Every day is a little different. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable taking responsibility, and can stay organized when things get busy.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need previous property management experience.



We're more interested in finding the right person.

You'll be a good fit if you:

- Are reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Have strong judgment and enjoy solving problems
- Can stay calm and professional under pressure
- Communicate clearly and enjoy helping people
- Are comfortable with computers and learning new systems
- Take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Enjoy working as part of a supportive team
- Are available to work weekends

Experience in hospitality, customer service, or property management is an asset, as is local knowledge of Whistler and a driver's licence.

Applicants must be legally able to work in Canada for at least one year.
