We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 310T Mechanic to join our energetic maintenance team. This role is essential in ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of a diverse fleet of light-duty and heavy-duty vehicles. Duties
- Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on light-duty and heavy-duty vehicles.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems effectively.
- Conduct welding and fabrication tasks as needed to repair or modify equipment components.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely to disassemble, repair, or assemble machinery parts.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks using appropriate equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain detailed service records,
work orders, and maintenance logs for all performed tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and minimize downtime across the fleet.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanic experience with Light-duty and heavy-duty vehicles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic software.
- Skilled in welding, fabrication, and the use of various hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using appropriate equipment.
- Experience with automotive repair and maintenance.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients when necessary.

Pay: $23.00-$48.00 per hour
