Nanny / Childcare Providers — Day & Overnight Opportunities

Stayner Barrie Angus | 4 Openings Pay: $20–$25/hour, depending on the role, responsibilities and experience

The Life Doula Collective is looking for caring, dependable childcare providers to support families across Stayner, Barrie and Angus. We have four openings, with daytime and overnight opportunities.

Schedules and children’s ages vary by family. You can apply for daytime care, overnight care or both you do NOT need to work in all three locations.

I’m looking for people who enjoy caring for children, take initiative and understand how much trust it takes for a family to welcome someone into their home. Depending on the position, duties may include:

- Attentive care, play and age-appropriate activities.

- Preparing children’s meals and snacks.

- Supporting naps, bedtime and daily routines.

- Overnight care, including responding to children’s waking and care needs.





- Light tidying related to the children.

- Keeping parents informed about their child’s day or night. Requirements

- Relevant nanny or childcare experience.

- Infant experience for roles involving babies.

- Current First Aid/CPR, including infant and child CPR.

- A Vulnerable Sector Check before starting.

- Reliable transportation to the family’s home.

- Patience, positive communication and consistent availability. You’ll have support, too.

Our Collective is doula-led, with Cristina available for guidance, questions and mentorship as you get to know your matched family. Please apply with your experience, preferred location, availability and whether you’re interested in daytime care, overnight care or both.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
