Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and respond to their questions in a friendly, professional manner.
- Support the pharmacy team with day-to-day customer service and pharmacy tasks.
- Listen carefully to customer needs and direct pharmacy-related questions to the appropriate team member.
- Communicate clearly and handle customer information with care.
- Help maintain an orderly, welcoming pharmacy environment.
- Qualifications
- Strong patient care and customer-service approach.
- Transparent communication and a respectful, helpful manner.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
- Pharmacy technician experience is preferred.
- Hospital experience or knowledge of medication administration is an asset.
