Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Doctor to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations using medical terminology to accurately diagnose conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments following established protocols, ensuring safe medication management and pain control.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Ava or Med access for efficient documentation, data collection, and patient record management.
- Provide acute care services in emergency situations, managing urgent health issues with professionalism and prompt decision-making.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives to contribute to medical advancements and evidence-based practices.
- Offer patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, medication use,



and home care strategies to promote long-term wellness.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards while fostering a compassionate environment focused on patient care excellence.

Qualifications

- Medical degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine.
- Proven hospital experience with a strong background in acute care settings.
- Experience in pain management techniques and pediatric patient care is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner is essential for efficient workflow.
- Demonstrated ability in research activities or clinical studies related to medicine or healthcare.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical concepts clearly to patients and team members.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and data collection methods in clinical environments.
- Experience working in home care settings or providing outpatient services is a plus.
