Overview

We are seeking a licensed Property Manager specializing in Commercial and Multi-Family properties to oversee daily operations, ensure tenant satisfaction, and maintain property value. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of property management practices. This role offers an opportunity to lead property portfolios, develop strategic initiatives, and foster positive tenant relationships within a dynamic environment.

Duties

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations for commercial and multi-family properties.
- Utilize Yardi or similar property management software to oversee rent collection, lease administration, and reporting functions.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance requirements.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records of tenant information and financial transactions.
- Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants and renewals with existing tenants to maximize occupancy rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries promptly via phone or in person, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.




- Collaborate with maintenance teams using CMMS systems to schedule repairs and track work orders efficiently.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants while maintaining positive relationships with current residents.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations and property management policies.

Qualifications

- Valid Property Management License required.
- Proven experience in property management, preferably within commercial or multi-family sectors.
- Proficiency in Buildium or comparable property management software.
- Robust office experience including administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Excellent customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques and customer relationship management strategies.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems for maintenance tracking is a plus.
- Effective organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple properties simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing; strong negotiation skills are desirable.

This position is ideal for an organized professional committed to delivering outstanding service while managing diverse property portfolios efficiently.

Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
