East Side Mario’s Timmins is looking for a Line Cook to join our team!

Primary Focus: The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting food using standardized recipes and portion sizes.

Detailed Activities/Tasks:

· Complete line checks to ensure that enough product is prepared and is kept ready for service

· Ensure the quality of food is outstanding each and every time and items are produced quickly and efficiently with pride and attention to detail

· Keep the work areas, utensils and production equipment in a clean, sanitized state

· Restock any low items during the shift

· Assist all team members whenever needed

· Perform all opening and closing assignments as instructed

· Follow secure food handling procedures at all times

· Complete cleaning schedules

· Perform additional duties as required by the Kitchen Manager

· Control waste and spoilage

· Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program

Experience

· No experience necessary.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
