We are a local real estate developer and builder seeking a friendly, motivated, and personable Residential Leasing Agent to assist with leasing a brand-new, high-end residential development in Arnprior, Ontario.

This is a part-time, commission-based opportunity offering flexible hours, making it an excellent fit for someone looking for additional income or an opportunity to gain experience in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to leasing inquiries from prospective residents in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule and conduct property tours, showcasing the building's features, amenities, and available rental suites.
- Provide prospective tenants with information about rental rates, availability, and the leasing process.
- Follow up with interested prospects and assist in converting inquiries into successful leases.
- Assist prospective tenants through the rental application and leasing process.
- Maintain regular communication with the property management team regarding leasing activity, inquiries, and feedback.




- Represent the development professionally and create a welcoming experience for prospective residents.

Ideal Candidate

- Familiar with Arnprior and the surrounding communities.
- Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable meeting and speaking with new people.
- Interested in real estate, residential leasing, or property management.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and text.
- Able to accommodate property showings during some evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service is an asset but not required.
- A real estate licence is not required.
