Willie's BBQ in Laval is looking for a reliable and hardworking Line Cook / Kitchen Cook to join our team.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, can follow recipes, and takes pride in preparing good-quality food.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards.
- Handle food preparation, grilling, frying, and assembling orders.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality and portion sizes.
- Keep the kitchen and workstations clean and organized.
- Properly store, label, and rotate food products.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen duties.

Requirements

- Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred.




- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Availability for evenings and weekends.
