We are looking for an experienced senior barista to join our team as the Cafe Supervisor.

What you'll do:

- Daily opening /closing procedures.
- Provide knowledgeable and friendly interactions with all customers.
- Prepare coffee and beverage offerings to our standards, including espresso, pour over, tea, seasonal coffees and limited releases.
- Dial in espresso throughout the day, monitor extraction and make adjustments as needed to maintain consistency.
- Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of espresso machines, grinders, brewers and other bar equipment.
- Operate the POS, process orders accurately and handle cash and card payments.
- Contribute to a clean, organized and welcoming environment.

What you'll need:

- At least 2 years of experience in specialty coffee.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- A true passion for hospitality and guest experience.
- Ability to work independently and without supervision.
- Advanced knowledge of espresso machine operation, grinder calibration,



and daily cleaning and maintenance of coffee equipment; ongoing training will be provided.
- Latte art skils.
- Experience with various brewing methods (espresso, pour-over, drip..)
- Ability to thrive when faced with new challenges and keep calm under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Be a punctual and reliable team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- FoodSafe level 1 certification.
