Your work combines product flow, merchandising, inventory accuracy, POS systems, and sales analysis. You will support well-presented displays and effective replenishment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily Garden Supplies department operations
- Lead receiving, pricing, preparation, and merchandising processes
- Keep tables, fixtures, and displays fully stocked
- Use POS systems for inventory, purchase orders, and reports
- Monitor inventory movement and communicate replenishment needs

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of retail experience
- Garden supplies, hardware, or home improvement experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organization, detail, and data analysis abilities
- Forklift and Pesticide Dispensing certification or paid training willingness
