Job Summary:

The Intermediate Software Developer - CRM role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Oracle Siebel CRM applications and integrations. The position requires expertise in Siebel technical configuration, development, and testing, including integration with Adobe AEM and J2EE technologies. The developer will collaborate with IT and business teams throughout the software development life cycle to deliver robust CRM solutions, reporting, and automation within a public sector environment.

Responsibilities:

- Translate technical system specifications into functional and tested Siebel CRM applications.
- Develop detailed programming specifications, write code, and conduct unit testing for CRM modules.
- Configure and customize Siebel IP18 or later versions, including Siebel Tools and Web Templates.
- Integrate Siebel CRM with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and other middleware components.
- Develop and test reports using OBIEE, PowerBI, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising during software operation and post-implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and conduct design walkthroughs.
- Support Siebel test automation efforts and maintain documentation as required.
- Work onsite during standard business hours and participate effectively in team environments.

Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Siebel CRM technical configuration, development, and integration.
- At least 3 years of experience with Siebel integration involving Adobe AEM, J2EE, or similar technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Siebel IP18 or later versions, including Siebel Tools and Open UI classes/methods.
- Proficiency in Siebel CRM testing and troubleshooting.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Skills:
- Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead Management, Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService.
- Familiarity with Transfer Payments processes.
- Knowledge of rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.
- Understanding of middleware, gateways, and product installation scripting.
- Experience with Siebel test automation tools.
- Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) standards.
- Prior experience working in public sector or OPS environments.

Must Haves:
- Oracle Siebel CRM testing experience.
- 5+ years of Siebel technical configuration, development, and integration experience.
- 3+ years of Siebel integration experience with Adobe AEM, J2EE, or equivalent.
- Experience with Siebel IP18 or later versions focusing on configuration and testing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and present new ideas and work collaboratively in teams.
- Availability to work onsite Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
