Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and will play a key role in maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for the business units they support.

What You’re Responsible For:

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements of each role.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers regarding recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and candidate assessments.
- Collaborate with HR teams and leadership to align recruitment efforts with overall business objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Conduct comprehensive sourcing activities, including market mapping, direct outreach, and candidate engagement to build talent pipelines and support key hiring needs.
- Promote the company’s culture, values, and employer brand to attract top talent.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities to represent the company and build relationships with potential candidates.
