Sodexo is looking for a Production Team Member to join our Valuable Earth Coffeehouse team at Foothills Medical Centre.
This is a behind-the-scenes food preparation role with no customer service or cashier responsibilities. You'll spend your shift preparing the fresh food and baked goods that stock our cafés each day.
What You'll Do
- Bake and prepare a variety of baked goods
- Prepare fresh sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other grab-and-go items
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and production requirements
- Package, label, and organize finished products
- Maintain attractive and consistent product presentation
- Monitor product quality, freshness, and proper rotation
- Keep production areas clean, organized, and sanitary
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen procedures
- Work with the production team to complete daily production requirements efficiently and on time
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing ingredients and supplies as needed
