Job Description
The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with the Human Resources. Central Staffing, and Payroll teams at Halton Healthcare to support their operations and provide day-to-day support for HRIS, Scheduling, and LMS platforms, including troubleshooting, configuration, and user assistance. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements, analyze current workflows and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for HR metrics, compliance, and learning outcomes. Ensure accurate and timely data reporting for audits and business reviews. Prepare/update training and reference manuals and other support material. The analyst also requires participating in a variety of projects, in various roles, to assist with evaluating, procuring, implementing, and supporting recent systems.
