We are currently looking for a reliable, experienced, and motivated individual to join our team at The UPS Store.

Position: Customer Service & Store Operations Associate

Employment: Full-Time or Part-Time

Start Date: Immediately

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and parcel drop-offs/pickups.

Process UPS shipments, returns, and transactions.

Provide printing, copying, scanning, and other business services.

Operate the POS system and handle daily transactions.

Assist with inventory, store organization, and daily operations.

Deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Previous experience working at The UPS Store is strongly preferred.

Knowledge of UPS shipping procedures, systems, and store operations.





Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsible, punctual, organized, and able to work independently.

Bilingual (English and French) preferred.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Someone who is familiar with The UPS Store’s daily operations and can confidently assist with running the store.
