The Childcare Provider creates a safe, welcoming environment where children can learn, play, and build confidence. This role combines attentive caregiving with age-appropriate teaching and support for children’s individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise children during Sunday Services from 10:30am-12:30pm and at other congregational events as available.
- Plan and lead age-appropriate learning activities that encourage curiosity, communication, and social development.
- Provide attentive caregiving, respond calmly to children’s needs, and adapt support for individuals with disabilities.
Skills
Required: Practical caregiving, clear communication, patience, and the ability to supervise children and support age-appropriate learning are important to this role.
